Participant Waiver Agreements. When you, as a customer, participant or a parent/legal guardian of a minor participant, of a party or event, complete the Site’s Liability Waiver and/or Notice forms, We collect the information you provide on those forms, including your first and last name and/or the first and last name of your minor child or children. We collect and process this information to keep record of Our agreements with you and for Our legal purposes.

When you book a party or event, or purchase party merchandise offered on the Site, Our third-party payment processor collects and processes your billing details on Our behalf. We do not collect or store your payment card or bank account details.
